Residential home:
All re-pipes are not the same. Before we start, we protect your floors throughout your home. We insulate both the hot and cold water lines in the attic. We route the new water lines out of the way and strap them accordingly. All fixtures get new brass shut off valves and no-burst stainless steel supplies. All existing pipe stubb-outs are cut off flush and sealed. Drop piping is routed inside walls so that you don’t see them. Any walls that need to be opened will be patched and textured to match so that you can’t tell we were there. Lastly, FlowGuard Gold® SCH 40 CPVC piping has a manufacturers warranty of 25 years, we guarantee our workmanship for a period of 25 years and have a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

Professional Plumbing & Design, Inc. can re-pipe your water system from top to bottom using SCH 40 Flow Guard Gold CPVC and SCH 80 Corzan CPVC. All repipes include fire protection, drywall replacement and texture to match.

We do drainage stack replacements from top to bottom, including trenchless pipe lining under the slab and in walls without tearing up your floors and walls. How the Perma-Lateral Lining System™ Works
The Perma-Lateral System™ uses PVC coated polyester needle felt tube reinforced with a fiberglass scrim. The tubular material is impregnated with a two part 100% epoxy resin. This resin is designed specifically for
the Perma-Lateral System™. The impregnated tube is Inverted inside out, allowing the resin to bond and seal with the existing host. The PVC coating becomes the new jointless inner wall, from beginning to end, without joints. The flexible PVC coating allows the liner material to invert through 22's, 45's and sweeping 90-degree bends with ease.
Perma-Lateral Lining System™
The Perma-Lateral Sistem™ inversion unit does all the work. Your Installer calibrates the correct inversion pressure while the liner inverts Itself through the existing host pipe. A site window allows the Installer to watch the liner release into the host pipe and control the speed to ensure proper Installation.
Once the liner is inverted and holding pressure, the Installer attaches a special cap to hold pressure during
the curing time. The Perma-Lateral System™ Inversion unit is released and used for the next installation. The liner holding pressure is calibrated using a portable air tank.
